What is a chao

A Chao is a small creature from Sonic The Hedgehog games.Normal chao
They have a small ball that floats above their heads. You can care for them in the games Sonic Adventure, Sonic Adventure2, Sonic Adventure DX and Sonic adventure 2 Battle. Chao are peaceful creatures and are mostly weak. This is a picture of a Normal Chao.
